The Blockchain AI Frontier
AI agents are quickly becoming serious blockchain users. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong recently posted on X: "Very soon there are going to be more AI agents than humans making transactions."
At Blockscout, we think agents will also pull blockchain data at scale to generate real insights for projects and chains. We've built out several tools to support this shift:
- MCP server that wraps Blockscout APIs and makes blockchain data available to LLMs
- Agent skills with ready-to-use commands for different LLM environments
- Claude connector that gives Claude users direct access to onchain data
- ChatGPT app for running advanced queries from inside ChatGPT

The ChatGPT app is our newest addition, and Blockscout is the first and only app currently approved on ChatGPT for blockchain data. It gives users multichain access to explore and analyze data without leaving the chat.

🗞️ Blockscout News in Brief
- Blockscout v11.0.0 — Rolling out a faster explorer
- Giveth Security Round — Small donations have a big impact
- PRO API in Action — Build a dashboard in minutes
v11.0.0 Released
Blockscout v11.0.0 has been released, and our latest explorer version offers a host of new improvements and optimizations. Building on the past several updates, v11.0.0 is the 3rd major backend release focused on database storage optimization. Combined, these updates reduce table size by up to 10x, saving space and costs. New features include:
• Async CSV exports
• Early FHE operation + tag support
• Internal transactions table 30-40% smaller
• Faster responses on /transactions, /tokens, /addresses
• Several breaking API changes
We are rolling out this update over the next week to all of our hosted instances. Read more and plan your upgrade today! 👇🏻

Giveth Security Round
Help fund the people keeping your assets safe.
Blockscout is part of a 500 ETH ($1M+) quadratic funding round on Giveth, alongside other public-goods projects working on blockchain security. If you've ever checked a contract before signing, traced a suspicious approval, or used Revokescout to pull a risky permission, that's the work this round funds.
Here's why we're asking, and why small donations matter more than you'd think. In quadratic funding, the matching pool rewards the number of donors along with the size of donations. A $1 contribution from you can unlock a ton more in matching funds for Blockscout.

If Blockscout has saved you from a bad transaction, or you just want more open, free security infrastructure to exist, chip in what you can.
PRO API in Action
LLM-based tools are making it easier than ever to build out the applications you need. Add in the Blockscout PRO API and you can easily incorporate any blockchain data into your project.
In this quick guide we walk you through the API calls needed to build a multichain dashboard using the PRO API. You can see our multichain activity dashboard in action here, and follow along with the article to build the dashboard of your dreams.

The Blockscout newsletter goes out to MyAccount community users on supported chains. We welcome your feedback on topics you'd like to see covered or any questions you have.
