EVM Dapps Have Entered the Chat: Explore TAC on Blockscout
TAC is a purpose-built blockchain for EVM dApps to access TON and Telegram Ecosystem’s 1B+ user base. Now, with Blockscout’s custom TAC block explorer, you can see how it all fits together and explore TAC’s mainnet and testnet with full visibility into its unique cross-chain transaction flow.

With over 1 billion users and a native wallet, Telegram has already reached the 'mass adoption' stage and is quietly becoming the most important distribution platform in Web3. Not by reinventing user behavior, but by meeting people where they already are.
That’s what TAC is built for. It connects EVM’s familiar developer stack with Telegram’s global reach, allowing EVM dapps to operate seamlessly behind the scenes while users interact through the TON wallet experience they’re comfortable with.
Now, with Blockscout’s custom TAC block explorer, you can see how it all fits together and explore TAC’s mainnet and testnet with full visibility into its unique cross-chain transaction flow.
What is TAC?
TAC is a purpose-built blockchain for EVM dApps to access TON and Telegram Ecosystem’s 1B+ user base. TAC's L1 blockchain is built on CosmosEVM vanilla, compatible with the Cancun EVM fork and secured by dPoS ($TAC token).
But TAC goes beyond compatibility. It enables users to access EVM applications directly from their TON wallets through a secure sequencer network and proxy contract system. Solidity developers can deploy existing code without rewrites, and users on Telegram can interact with those apps as if they were native.

TAC<>TON Transactions, Fully Indexed
To support TAC’s hybrid architecture, the Blockscout block explorer includes custom functionality to track and surface transactions that move between TAC and TON:
- Supports search by TON transaction hash: Users can paste a TON transaction ID into the TAC explorer and see corresponding activity on the TAC EVM layer.
- Displays complete cross-chain transaction paths: A dedicated Operation page shows each stage of the transaction, from the originating TON wallet to the final execution on TAC, including return messages.
- Highlights error states and rollback info: If anything goes wrong in the process, the explorer flags it and provides visibility into where and why it failed.
- Enables wallet-level discovery: TON users can paste their TON wallet address into the TAC explorer search bar and view all related TAC-side transactions that passed through the bridge.
These features make it easy to follow the full lifecycle of a transaction, giving developers and users clarity across chain boundaries.

What Can You Do with the TAC Block Explorer?
The TAC block explorer gives users and developers a familiar, powerful interface for understanding everything happening onchain. Whether you're deploying contracts, debugging transactions, or exploring new dapps, the explorer includes all the foundational tools you expect from an EVM block explorer:
- Real-Time Transaction Tracking: Monitor all onchain activity on TAC with dynamic updates.
- Smart Contract Interaction: Interact with any deployed contract using the built-in contract tab.
- Deep Search Capabilities: Look up blocks, addresses, transaction hashes, tags, and now even TON transaction IDs linked to TAC activity.
- Developer Tools and APIs: Query blockchain data using REST or GraphQL APIs, verify contracts with Hardhat or Sourcify, and test RPC endpoints.
- Custom Views and Watchlists: Personalize your experience with tagging, address notes, and watchlist functionality through the “My Account” dashboard.
- Open Source and Extensible: Built on Blockscout’s open-source architecture, the TAC explorer is transparent by design and extendable for future functionality.
The Tactical Edge
TAC makes it simple for developers to bring their EVM apps to TON, so that all Telegram users can explore and interact with those apps straight from their TON wallets, like it’s all part of the same experience.
That’s what makes TAC different. Instead of building new tools and waiting for users to show up, it brings the apps, wallets, and smart contracts people already use into a platform that’s already part of their daily lives.
Blockscout’s explorer brings visibility to that flow, making everything easy to follow. Whether you're checking on a wallet, exploring a new dapp, or just curious about how things work under the hood, the full picture is just a click away.
