Explore Zilliqa with Blockscout: Full Onchain Visibility
Explore the custom Zilliqa Block Explorer by Blockscout, featuring validator data, consensus insights, Scilla smart contract support, and full EVM compatibility. Track transactions, analyze onchain activity, and build with confidence.

Zilliqa has undergone a major transformation. With full EVM compatibility, and a high-performance, energy-efficient design, it's now positioned as an enterprise-grade blockchain built for secure and scalable innovation.
And now, Zilliqa has a powerful new explorer to match.
Blockscout’s custom-built Zilliqa explorer gives users, developers, and validators deep onchain visibility, across both EVM and Scilla contracts, validator activity, and consensus-level data. Whether you’re interacting with verified contracts, or just following wallet activity, everything you need is now fully indexed and searchable.

Custom Block Explorer Features for Zilliqa
To reflect Zilliqa’s unique infrastructure, the Blockscout explorer includes several enhancements built specifically for this integration:
Validators Page
A dedicated Validators tab displays each validator’s BLS public key, index in the committee, and total ZIL staked, offering a full view of network security participation.

Enhanced Consensus Data on Blocks
Zilliqa’s consensus process is now visible directly in the block view, including:
- View Number – the consensus round the block was proposed in
- BLS Signature – the aggregated signature representing validator agreement
- Signers – indices of validators who participated in the quorum

Bech32 Address Support
Zilliqa supports 0x-style Base16 address and zil1-style bech32 addresses. The explorer fully supports these for display and search, making it easy to track user and contract activity.

Scilla Contract Support
Zilliqa’s native Scilla smart contracts are now visible in the explorer with full source code display, syntax highlighting, and decoded logs. Users can inspect deployed Scilla contracts and view related transaction logs, making it easier to trace execution and understand contract behavior.

These features go beyond surface-level data, giving users insight into the mechanisms that power Zilliqa's modular architecture.
Full Explorer Tooling, Built on Blockscout
In addition to Zilliqa-specific upgrades, the explorer comes with all the standard capabilities developers and users expect from Blockscout:
- Real-time transaction tracking with fast block times
- Smart contract read/write and verification tools
- Clear decoded views of contract function calls and logs
- Deep search across blocks, addresses, tokens, tags, and transactions
- Full-featured developer APIs (REST & GraphQL)
- Wallet personalization with tagging, watchlists, and notes
- Stats page with charts across transactions, tokens, contracts, and wallets, complete with CSV/PNG exports for easy sharing and analysis
- Dapp discovery through Dappscout integration
It’s everything you need to deploy, debug, monitor, and build on Zilliqa, with a UI that works out of the box for EVM and beyond.

Why Zilliqa?
Zilliqa is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for flexibility, performance, and sovereignty. With the Zilliqa 2.0 upgrade now live, developers can build on a faster, more accessible platform that combines full EVM compatibility with native Scilla smart contract support.
Builders can:
- Deploy smart contracts using either Solidity or Scilla
- Secure the network through standard or liquid staking
- Scale workloads without compromising performance or reliability
Zilliqa’s high-throughput design makes it ideal for everything from enterprise applications to DeFi, gaming, and beyond.
Its modern infrastructure is supported by a growing suite of developer tools, funding opportunities, and open documentation, giving teams everything they need to bring powerful Web3 solutions to life.
